Aftermarket rear differentials???

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has came up with a larger differential that lowers the cars rpm for highway or switched a auto rear differential into a manual 6 speed coupe ?? Trying to maximize top end and lower engines speeds on highway is my goal

I read about something called the rear pumpkin swap. But it's very heavily involved. If you do this it will neuter your performance...
