rear bumper question

I'm not sure if this is the,right thread if not please move it but I was wondering if I can just take off the rear bumper and push this out I accidentally back into my friends car last night it don't look bad in person but it's just big

U are gonna need to heat it up first, u probably wont be able to get it out 100% but it will look a lot better than it does now..

How hard will it be to heat up? like what can I use & good thing it's plastic

Hair dryer will heat it enough to push back out. If you have not creased the plastic, it will turn out fairly well.

Thank for the replies, yeah good thing clear coat is still there I can see it but it's not bad just pushed in so hopefully comes back out nice

This could come out nice if done properly.. push out the big bumps first then let a shop do PDR on it or buy a kit and do it yourself.

post a better pic in better lighting while the bumper is on your car..

Ok I will tomorrow once I put it back on, and yeah a few scrapes but it's not that bad, as long that it doesn't look like how it was before I am happy with the results

I tried the best I can to get a pic showing the scrapes but guess not I think it turned out well all I did was use a hair dryer and then kick it out lol then went over like 5-6 times with hair dryer again but tried to push out the remaining bumps with my hands and this is how it ended up to look
