Car clicks after Cold spell.. :\

So basically, my g has been sitting and it's had to deal with pretty cold weather, about -20 F for a little while... I'm thinking my battery is drained. but all it does it click, doesn't even try to turn over. i wanna be again since weather is back to normal. Thanks for all info.

Your battery's toast, time for a new one.

Probably just needs a good charge. Try that before buying a new one.

The cold doesn't kill them... the heat does. You just notice the damage when it's cold out because that's when the battery is really tested.

It could also be your starter that's dead, but since you mentioned that it happened to coincide with super cold weather... it's most likely your battery.

You're not still on your original battery, are you?
