Water leaks

It was raining for most of the day yesterday and not a drop of rain today. I didn't see any sign of water dripping or leaks when I first got into the car, but when I started pulling out of my driveway I noticed a considerable amount of water coming down from the plastic trim piece on my rear quarter window on the passenger side. I wiped away the water initially but it started again when I started driving and it only stopped after I drove for probably 2-3 blocks.

I looked around on the passenger side and that seems to be the only place where there were water leaking. I checked the weather stripping around the car, nothing seems to be tear or damaged.

So where could the water be coming in from and how is it staying in there for hours? Thank you for taking the time to reading this post.
I'll attach a picture to show the area where I'm talking about.

I did more searching, could it be the drain hose from the sunroof?
