Odd Noise after 35mph

So I tried searching for this.. but I wasn't sure exactly what to search or even how to describe it. Basically as I was driving today, doing about 60-65, all of a sudden I hear a weird noise. It sounded like someone rolled down their window or something in the rear. I slowed down trying to figure out what it was and noticed at 0-30mph it sounds normal / everything ok, then as I speed up, it sounds like im revving up the engine and its not shifting ...type-sound. And its coming from the back. So basically it sounds like a revving engine from the back that won't shift. I know its definately not the real engine. Temperature is ok, no smell, and it revs fine on neutral and all that. It seems like its coming from the tires, but all 4 were replaced within the last 2 months. Any help? Seriously the most confusing thing ever. I had do drive 30mph on the highway for an hour cause it seemed like the tires were gonna fly off or something was gonna "pop" in the back.

if you can, put it up on a lift and have you or a friend rev it to hit about 35 while you inspect the under-carriage. Just an idea

Have you ever done that? The car shakes when it accelerates you know... It's scary!

ive done it with other cars but not with the G. as long as you mount it correctly it shouldn't go any where. but if it shakes really bad it may not be something youd want to try.
