Do not buy that G37. putting that kind of mileage on it in 16 days is a HUGE red flag.

I'm at work and called in to ask about that kind of mileage. I left the car report at home but it turns out that the year changed. it went from OCT 12, 2012 to OCT 28, 2013 he says. guess I just wasn't paying attention. 20k miles did seem impossible. but now I gotta deal with no proof of maitenence for an entire year.. but that's better than 20k miles in 2 weeks I guess lol

I'd keep the G35. There is nothing total about that car.
Insurance deems it total when repair value (according to them) is higher than 70% of cars value. In your case if they valued the car at 12k, repair cost should be under $8400.
I'd have no problem fixing that damage for that money, I repaired my Tboned G for less and still retained clean title.
I guess what's nice in your case that you get full refund on the purchase price.
