Will Sedan 02 sensors fit a coupe?
Will Sedan 02 sensors fit a coupe?
Hey guys, this might be a silly question, but I need what seems to be an upstream driver side 02 sensor. Will a 02 sensor from the same model year G35 Sedan fit my G35 coupe? What about different model years? I came across a used one that is much cheaper than a new one, but I want to make sure before I pull the trigger. Thanks for the help.
Yes, they will work I swapped out my 06 O2 sensors with used ones from a sedan. But, that wasn't my problem, so I wasted 75 bucks, lol.
There is a difference in years though I believe. I think in the earlier models the upstream sensors were not wideband. I could be wrong about that one though.
I have four I'm trying to get rid of if you want to buy them, lol.
What makes you think it's your sensor? Getting any error codes?

I'm definitely getting the error code. Its the same code over and over again. My sensors were actually new about 9 months ago, but I had misfire and I had a fuel getting sprayed on my 02 sensor. Now that my engine is rebuilt and I have ART pipes, I continue to get the same code. The damage was already done, so my only fix would be to replace the 02. My gas mileage is not that great at the moment, so I'm thinking the faulty 02 could be playing role into that as well. How much do you want for your sensors? I have an 04 coupe. Thanks.

Autozone warranties their Duralast sensors for life, so if it fails I can just take it right back to them for a new one
