Radiator issue!

Alright you guys so it is about that time where the age of my radiator is giving out, i have a 2003 g35 coupe it seems like my radiator is sucking all the coolant and just spilling it all out. I attached some picture so you can see. On the bright side i found Mishimoto radiator for a great price online. My question is if I can I transfer the fan from my old radiator to my new radiator to the new one as well as the hose kit?

I have an 06 and bought a 60 dollar radiator replacement from eBay, lol. My fan slipped right in without issues it's held in by two little holes. I think the 03 has a diff fan, but I don't see why not.

I'm pretty happy with it to be honest; I mean I only have had it for a few months, but can't complain.

There are only two things I didn't like about it. One the bolt holes weren't attached into their holders, so you have to drop them in. So, screwing them down was a little bit of a pain.

The radiator cap neck also was a little weird,so you had to make sure the cap was on completely.

Other then that it's pretty good and even had the built-in lines for the transmission cooler since I have an AT.

Radiators aren't expensive, don't take a chance on buying one on eBay! Nothing damages an engine more than over heating issues. Check out our vendors on Marketplace for a quality radiator that will fit and last you for as long as you own your G35...Gary

Unhappy Mishimoto

has anyone done the mishimoto radiator swap?? i just got my radiator today put it on and sadly it did not fit on my g35 it specifically says on the website that its a direct oem swap and no further adjustments are needed. The holes don't seem to match up, the oem fan is a little bit wider than the moshimoto radiator. any suggestions? i was excited on this radiator but it was a fail..

did you apply your original oem fan to it or did you use an aftermarket one? and did all the holes line up for you? any pics would help a lot!

goldempyre, Thanks for the post. I am sorry that you are having issues. Can you contact me directly at patrick@mishimoto.com and let me know what the problem is? I would be happy to help you get this all resolved. I will need you to confirm the year of your vehicle, and if you have an OEM mechanical fan.

Thanks,
-Pat
