Price On Projectors....Sky Rocket?

Is it just me or did the price of 06+ projector headlights suddenly increase out of the blue? Back when I wanted some but had other projects I saw them for 400-500 all day on ebay in great condition. These days everyone thinks they are worth 800-1000. I found some at a local junkyard and even they were asking $750 lol. I dont spend that much at a junkyard...for anything lol!

Did i miss something or has the price increased quite a bit?

Sorry...but when they no longer are making them...you are at the mercy of the marketplace. I paid $580.00 brand new 5 years ago. If you could find a brand new pair in the original Nissan box...you are looking at $1K plus. The key here is they out of production...no one is doing them anymore!!!

They were so cheap because they were selling them as replacements for the recall.. That is over so the prices went back up to normal..

This ^ is the only reason price for projectors have gone up. Like all merchandise it's all about supply and demand. Why wouldn't you want to upgrade those terrible first gen headlights, you can't see **** at night? Thank God I pulled the trigger 3 years ago, projectors are the best upgrade for the first gen coupe...worth whatever the cost!
