Finally created custom gauge pod--Thoughts?
I have seen a lot of threads about making custom gauge pillars for G35s. Since the selection of these out there are pretty terrible as far as universal ones, I decided to finally go the route of customizing my own 3 port pillar.
I elimated the ash tray but still kept the hazards hooked up. I am able to mount 3 52mm gauges. The attached pic shows the dash piece back in my car but is only primered black. I plan on painting/wrapping it soon.
Let me know what you think.

Thanks everyone. As soon as I get it finished and gauges installed I will post pics.
If anyone is interested PM me. We can discuss price. It is a process but I think it looks great. After completing this one, I am failry confident I can design them however you yould like. Since the options for our cars are very limited with gauge pods, this is the way to go!

To each his own, but I am into a more clean, uncluttered look. Once I am done, this will almost look factory. Everything else I have seen out there (universal pods), do not look good on our cars in my opinion.
