Spring Tune up & Trunk

Hey all,

Just want some input on what you've done on your car tune up wise. I've had it away all winter and also need to get it ready for an e-test. Other than replacing the plugs, air filter, oil and ect, what else has been done to increase fuel milage? I also have to replace some O2 sensors as I am getting a code. Any other suggestions would be great. Also, has about 280,000 and I'm not sure if the rear diff oil has been replaced or not...IS it more harm than good to do it now?

The power steering has also quit...lots of fluid, not sure where to start with this except a new pump?

On another note, I have searched hours on this forum in regards to the infamous trunk issue. Heres the deal, key fob, valet, interior switch, nothing works to open it up. My stop lamp fuse will also blow from time to time...causing even more grief. Thanks guys!

If your not feeling comfortable with an old fluid change, just change out a little at a time. Every 5k miles just push out and in a little more.
