coil pack clear, does that mean my valve cover is ok?

so i was under advisement to check if my valve covers were leaking any oil before taking it in for a tune. the shop told me that just checking the coil packs will be enough to determine if it is leaking, all the coil packs are bone dry does that mean im good? i really dont want to start pulling the spark plugs bec i dont have a torque wrench to set the proper torque. can someone let me know so i can go button my car back up?

sorry, didnt realize i had made the original post in the wrong section. i closed the thread but if mods could delete thatd be great.
