Hey guys,
I ran into a P-0300 code the other day and dropped '05 6MT G35 off at the shop. After a whole day of diagnostics, he determined that it was a carbon build up (and this is where my ignorance may show because I couldn't hear him clearly) in the intake manifold causing a lean misfire? Anyway, does this sound like it could be the cause of the problem? I trust the guy, but he's going on vacation for a week next week and I just want to make sure I have all my bases covered as the G is my daily.
Thanks!

Sorry about the delay, busy mothers day weekend! So I double checked and it was actually a carbon build up in the throttle body that was apparently causing the misfire? Anyway, the light was off for about a day, then a P0507 popped up.
I did a Idle Air Volume Relearning, reset the ECU, and drove it 40 miles to work this morning with no light so far. I did a forum search for the P0507 when I was trying to figure out what was going on and saw it's a pretty common issue after cleaning the throttle body.
