Cool | My Project G35 Coupe 2004 |

Hello everyone, first post in this forum , Just bought a 2004 G35 Coupe 5AT with 62 000 Miles on it . So basically here's a pictures when I just bought the car :

I didn't like the chrome on the g35 coupe, it look "female" so basically I went to the Home Depot and bought 4 cans of plasti-dip, removed the grill plasti-dipped it black, and did my mags too just for funs, here's a picture after the plasti dip !

So basically do you like it before the plasti-dip or after ? I want your opinion guys !

I debadged too the infiniti and g35 on the rear, and left the infiniti sign in place, wich make a bad *** for the car !

Now what should I do to my g35 coupe ? Exhaust, ? Headers ? Wich is the best bang for bucks for Horsepower or appearence mods !?

Thanks you guys !

now remove all the dip.
keep the grille black if you choose, that looks fine, repaint it with gloss black or satin black paint.
the wheels look awful. sorry but true- it looks very highschooler and cheap
the car looked great as it was-nothin feminine about it dude.

as for mods, search.

At the end of the day it's all about clean mods. But your going to have to pay to play.

Your transformation is nice man, it's good. The wheels are hot also. Forget about what others think about the plastidip as long as you love it, that's all that matters. Here is mine after the plastidip. The last pic I took the dip off the emblem Fyi. | My Project G35 Coupe 2004 |-image-3670255607.jpg | My Project G35 Coupe 2004 |-image-2468426478.jpg | My Project G35 Coupe 2004 |-image-224253393.jpg | My Project G35 Coupe 2004 |-image-2751160324.jpg | My Project G35 Coupe 2004 |-image-4173858177.jpg

Welcome to the forum! Finding a 2004 with only 62k is solid. Now, about that plasti-dip...I'd remove it. Plasti-dip is some really cool stuff, it gives you the ability to easily and cheaply try out a color on your wheels, body, emblems, etc...The key words there are "try out"...in my opinion you should only keep it only temporarily the find out if that color is something you'd like to invest in whatever it be (wheels, paint). That's just my honest opinion but it's your car so do what makes you happy.

As far as mods, utilize the search feature or members will rip you allll day. Bolt-on's will make your car more fun but you'll need some serious dough to see any real performance gains.
