Rim opinions

Hey! So i have a 2006 G35 Coupe in Obsidian Black & i don't like the stock rims.. i'm thinking about buying new rims on the car. I really liked the Vossens CV2's but they are out of my price range so i'd thought i could find a similar one which is the NICHE M110 Matte Black. I was wondering if these rims would look good on my car? Please let me know! I wouldn't want to buy rims & then when its already mounted in they look bad.

holyshit that gif made me laugh.

OP get whatever you think looks nice. Just make sure you get the right offset so that you don't have to add spacers to make the wheels flush with your fenders. Looks really bad if they are sucked in or sticking too far out.

Are there known problems with spacers? I've been wheel shopping lately and haven't quite read enough of the offset thread to understand what I need. Thought I would just buy a small offset and use spacers.

No don't do that if you are buying new. Pick the right offset so you don't have to use/buy spacers. There is a thread on here that is dedicated to offsets.

I'm kinda new about this whole offset thing & I'm currently trying to learn more about it.. I don't mean to ask a stupid question but how do I find out the offset of my car? Lol I tried finding a thread about it but I couldn't find one, I guess I'm not looking hard enough.

Just search google about offset and wheels. It will teach you offset and styles of wheels.

ErikLA, before you lay down those giant $$ for aftermarket wheels attend Infiniti G35 meets in your area. Find wheels you love so you'll be happy with what you buy. Wheel offsets for your coupe s/b in the low -20s to high teens so you won't need the dreaded spacers and can run the correct size tires!

^ This is great advice! It's best to get out there and see some options in person. The style you posted a pic of is pretty popular with the Euro crowds, at least where I live. MIght be worth it to see when they meet and maybe catch a glimps of them that way too. Good luck.
