05 Coupe Headlights

Hi guys,

I know I'll get slammed and pointed in the direction of the search button for the following questions (I did use it by the way) but...

Are 03-05 coupe headlights the same size/shape? I've seen mixed responses but from what I've read they will fit, only possible issue was HID/Halogen have slightly different mounting.

Mine are Halogen and need replacing, here in Australia the price of aftermarket ones are ridiculous hence why I'm looking to the US. I'm after the projector type and would like to add an aftermarket slim HID kit too. If any vendors read this, please feel free to PM me with an offer. Thank you in advance!

Nissan is no longer making projectors, that's the reason for the jump in cost. Projectors '06 & '07 that will fit the first gen G35s are expensive. Keep watching our Marketplace for a member selling his/hers. They're a "Plug & Play" and easy to install...Gary

Sorry I didn't mean OEM, I was thinking more along the lines of Spyder Auto and similar brands which are floating around the place and on ebay like this (for example):

Yes, they will fit. I thought about these when I replaced my headlight but went OEM instead.

OE is a far better choice and worth the extra $

I believe we're seen quite a few negative comments on these headlights, either becaue of how they worked or looked...Gary

I agree. I would opt to stick to the marketplace and watch for projectors.
