Sounds like a bad camshaft position sensor or crank sensor. Do you have the SES light on?

no light has come on, how else would i be able to tell?
i took to the mechanics... big waste of time,
charged me 150 for diagnostic, then go to tell me that my ecu cant be found with their scanners and want me to send my ecu off for another $350 to tell me if its ok... plus any extra charges on top to repair.

they said maybe my immobilizer, and when i tried to start all dash lights are on and immobilizer light on as well.

I doubt its your immobilizer… I would go with Crank or Cam shaft position sensor. Though the lights are not coming on, I would still think a light would come on though. Sounds like the tech that touched the car is a moron… OR had a non Japanese scanner haha.

Is the red LED light for the security system on while trying to start the car?

From my understanding as soon as you insert the key into the switch the security light should go out.

I had a very similar problem. "Blue Dream" has the right answer for the most part. Mine is also a 2004. My engine would do the same thing and/or had a hard time starting up and took multiple cranks to get it running. The problem began around 75k mlg. Although this is probably not mileage related, just giving you a point of reference.

Remedy for my starting problem- clean out the throttle plate with throttle body cleaner. There should be a DIY in this forum I believe.. Try this first because it's cheaper to do than changing out the CPS. If the cleaning does not work then change out that sensor. GL man!
