You are really reaching here. Buy the best car you can for the money, color should be a secondary issue over mechanical ability of the car...

Are you talking about how the colors look after years of driving?

When buying any car your first concern should be the lowest mileage you can afford. And of course how does it run! Then how this vehicle has been cared for mechanically and does the owner have service records? Garage kept is a major plus! Color? Twilight blue is my favorite of course but Ivory pearl would be my second choice. I've been to car meets where every G35 there was some shade of silver. I'd rather get bit by a dog than drive a silver anything! What color you get is up to you...Gary

A dog bite doesn't really seem all that terrible...a rabid mongoose perhaps?
Totally agree though, there are WAY TOO many Gs in silver/grey...etc. I am personally biased against anything that's not white or black seeing as they are classy and less common

Dang silver hate. I do agree about the ton of silver g's though. The main reason i bought my LP coupe was because of the low miles and great condition.

In my city most of the Gs are white or black so silver and dg actually stand out. I just got back from a 12 hour road trip and from 20 feet away you would never know it was filthy. Benefits of a silver. Now time to get cleaning!

Yeah I do look for the lowest mileage but Im not going to buy a car if I dont like the color of it. Id rather just wait to find a lower mileage in the color of my choice. I appreciate the advice though.

I'd have to say the lighter colors like white and silver. Darker colors show rock chips, swirl marks, and other defects more than lighter colors. But in the end its all about how you maintain your paint. All G35 paint chips and scratches easy.
