Can anyone help me with these codes. I have literally replaced everything and done everything and they still keep coming back and my dumb car wont pass emissions due to the light being on.

A brief history.... The car fist started misfiring and then did the high idle and now runs great after replacing pretty much everything but codes are still there.

I have replaced the following:
All 4 o2 sensors with brand new NGKs
mass airflow sensor
all plugs and coil packs
throttle body
both cam sensors

Did the ECU reset, both pedal and battery version several times and light comes back.
I did all the throttle learning as required when i replaced the throttle body.
I have checked all grounds, hoses, vac leaks you name it.

Car is pretty much stock besides intake and exhaust. I have spacers on my o2 sensors and no cats. The car has been perfectly fine for 10's of thousands of miles with the same components on up until recently. Seems like one problem after another and nothing seems to fix it. Please help with any ideas.
