Whats the difference between '03 vs '04 coupe models?

I can buy a service manual online for a 2004 model coupe, is it going to be the same disc as a 2003 model??

Im just looking to know if I purchase a manual for a 2004 model coupe, if it will apply for repairing a 2003 model coupe.

for the most part the mechanicals should be the same but correct me if I'm wrong the ECU changed in mid 2004, so electrical section may be different. I know for sure that there are different versions of the service manual for early and late model 2004s.

BTW, you can get the 2003 manual too, so why worry and just get correct one.
