As a precaution, I had the dealer re-align mine when I bought it. I thought the rears would be out of camber, but only the right front toe was out?

If anything, the only wear I should see is from the negative camber of the rears.

If my tires needs replacing prematurely due to this camber wear, I will fight to get the tires replaced for free (because I had them align the car right after I bought it!).

I think alignments are covered under warrently for 12K miles (so I read in another forum). I will get it aligned again before then.

I am experiencing the same problem with only 7,000 miles.
What should I do?

The car does come with an agreesive toe-in. If you want to lengthen your tire's
life, it might be good to get an alignment to lessen the toe-in but it will
slightly affect straightline stability...for non lowered cars you probably
won't notice a difference as much as lowered cars.
