I'd go with an M3 like most others. The C6 is ok, I've never really been a big vette fan. Another plus to the M3 like someone mentioned is the back seat. You never know when you'll need it. All porsche's look the same to me *shrug*

Get a White M3 Convertable with some Gunmetal HRE's

Any flaws that you have seen?

haha its the same thing when people said how is the ride in my G35 with wheels and springs, to me i cant give you my opinion because
1) my car is modded and setup for the track right now (Bilstein Coilovers on a stiffness rate of 3, 9 being softest and 1 being hardest)
2) i have BBS CH's 19's with toyo's

Sooo my car is very rough but not as bad as i though honestly, they are pretty smooth when stock, not horrible prob like the G35 coupe i would say! The car is just a whole diff. driving experience IMO, not saying one is better than the other but the M3 is meant to be DRIVEN! Flaws ehh minor stuff like DSC traction light, tire pressure sensor but because of my wheels, easy fixes and no major prob's so far! Just wait for 2 months man haha, you'll see, going through a total change and i'll be ont he hunt for 996 TT's

I have driven several M3's and they were great coupes, but I keep going back to a car with much lighter weight and 2 seats for my sports car kicks on the backroads and nearby tracks. As soon as I find a sports car better than my RX-7 I will be getting it on the spot.

Best time in a stock E46 M3 is 12.78

Check out Road and Tracks current issue, they have a sports car comparison. Steve Millen apparently was the contributing editor. This was a pure track comparison and I believe the new boxter S came in second only to the new corvette. The boxter even beat out the 997 Carrera S which came in third.

Vette has impressive numbers but will never buy one because for some reason GM does not know how to put together an interior without making it look cheap. Having been in the game so long you would think they would have figured it out. Ford is finally catching on somewhat, but still not there(interior wise).
