Yeah I agree. It's a small little piece, but it looks really nice.

Thanks MadChef. I've got mine sitting behind me right now in my office, but still no G to put it on. And yeh, it was packaged well. Thanks for the pics. I'll print them and set them next to my G-tube to feel like I'm making progress. lol

Can someone tell me what's the different between this and the z tube? Beside it's carbon fiber and shorter.

A Z tube costs almost $80, this one is $115. I don't mind to pay a bit more for the carbon fiber look.

Besides the CF, and shorter shape,

1.) This has no air hose connector (hense the small red air filter), so more direct air flow.

2.) No "mid way" connector (part of the diff shape)

Is there any proof that show this tube better than the OEM Z tube? How about pop charger/z tube?

Does the small red air filter change it's performance in any way?

Prob not by much. But it does allow them to remove the tube connector, so whatever amount of air that tube was leeching (no idea how much), is no longer being taken away from the throttle body. Also I guess the inside of the tube is now free of restrictions, since they filled that section (see 'inside the tube' pic).

So I guess in some small way, yeah, it would improve performance.
