I looked at the price for the sedan, that's half the price I paid for mine, if you get them I hope you are as satisfied as I am.

I can only resto my OEMs so much. As long as they don't fog up, how much worse can they be than 8-year old OEM's. Only other option is buy $1K new, or used 8-year old headlights in the same shape

I hear you man, polishing the outside surface of the OEM lights will only do so much. At $215 bucks for the pair, it is a no brainer for me. Like I said, I am pleased with the product and I hope you are equally as happy if you go that route.

I don't think he can find lights much cheaper than $215. There is a risk with the option you propose, the lenses might not fit properly on the old lights and you can potentially end up with condensation issues. The new lenses could crack or get scratched during the effort to remove them. Why disturb a perfectly good set of lights? IDK, to me $215 is nothing, you can blow that in one night at the strip joint.

I thought I saw it as non hid lights were $200 and hid lights were a lot more. that's why I suggested the lens swap. people bake open lights all the time without issues . Ive done it twice and not one issue. jus do it right

I have seen the bake open process on YouTube and it is definitely an option to consider, I would not rule it out and may be he will consider it..

I agree. I've blown $200 on crap at times. If they don't work out, i toss them on ebay for $75 and would probably get it.

I thought about baking them open and restoring them, but I decided against it. I simply don't have the time, I have too many other projects going on. I sold them on eBay and they sold as soon as I posted them with a buy it now price. I was happy, I recouped some of my investment on the new lights, no complaints. My new lights make the G look Bad A$$ and are holding up extremely well.

Jeffrey,

Here is where my age shows I am LOL, I have no idea what you are asking. Maybe someone else does and will answer your question. Are you talking about the lamps?
