Im guessing most of you dont even know what a sport bike is. I actually ride, own, and maintain my own bike.
A) a sport bike is 10x more exotic for its performance per liter than a g.
B) a sport bike exhaust does more than show. Most are big bore kits than increase the sound from a 80db idle, to my bike to a 96db idle. And about 105db rev up.
C) the exhaust kits usually are made from titanium to carbon fiber. A bit stronger than your standard aluminum kits on a passenger car.
D) expensive? Your saying a g's exhaust kit is cheaper? What planet you guys hail from? Neptune? Its a known fact g exhaust kits are hella expensive. From 1400-4k. A sport bike is 200-800.
And by the way a resonator delete and a cat back tip from a bike might be cool. Im told my bike is way deep for a sport bike, and all my coworkers say its obnoxiously loud.
And a 0.6 liter engine making over 110hp is pretty good considering a 3.5 is doing only 280. Stock g would need 641 for same hp per liter rate.

Im gettin at is everyone was putting down bikes like they are civics when clearly most people here have as much knowledge about them as a rock does.
And whats multiple exhausts got to do with the problem? People have been putting camaro exhausts on g's. I didnt see people jumping on a bandwagon of saying omg afk wtf. Camaro exhaust on a g? Whats wrong with you and spouting false information regarding it. A cheap couple exhausts from a bike wont hurt, and may give the owner a cooler sounding car. Idk about performance, no one here does thats for sure. Cant knock it til you try it applies. So thats my rant ignorant people spouting falsehood as divine priesthood

^ seriously? "camaro exhaust on a g" is ur example? Op talking bout putting a bike exhaust on a car. With that said if center exhaust action is wat op wants I'd suggest sourcing one from a car that has that type of exhaust and Frankensteining it on the g. That's the best way to go imo

Uh, no one is putting down bikes. Bikes are the ultimate expression of speed and crazy ****, but no one needs to be putting mufflers that were designed for a bike (that you expressed are built completely different than Cars) on a car. And yeah, OK 200-800, and he's talking about putting 4 inline. That's 800-3200. Don't act like this is some brilliant idea just cuz you ride. I used to ride, and have a ton of respect for bikes, but they aren't built the same way as cars.

You're way smarter than the engineers at Honda who have decided not to cross install their motorcycle and car exhausts regardless of the fact that its a "good idea" just cause no ones ever done it before.
Sometimes ideas aren't executed, not because they haven't been thought of, but because they fail to make sense.
Your putting words in my mouth, i was merely enlightening the community on the facts of bike exhausts as well as bikes in general. Alot of the comments made were not only offensive, but inflammatory in nature regarding bikes and the systems they employ.
Neither are they weak or just for show. But are just as sophisticated as any car counterpart if not more. Regardless of your opinion, it is not fact as much as you would like it to be.
Im not sure the people at mangaflow designed those camaro exhausts to function for a g35, but nonetheless is used. Regardless of history or background of where it came from, the exhaust kit, its a tubular piece of metal nonetheless and it doesn't make the world of difference where it came from as it has the same purpose in mind. Repurposing something else for another job takes more thought process than someone who just tears it down with nothing more than insults. Nothing here stated by you has been beneficial to the conversation nor has it been backed up by any facts, just your opinion as well as emotions. When in fact you can reference anything other than your emotions for the conversation please do so.

The camaro magnaflow you're talking about is simply a universal muffler and the G and Camaro share the same one-in, two-out design. That's irrelevant anyhow. Were not getting on anyone for putting a car exhaust on another car.

Look... I have thought about fitting a Motorcycle exhaust onto my car. I have a Single Exit Exhaust... In short is a dumb idea. IT also won't sound good coming out of a car. The configurations of a 600cc-1000cc engine from a bike and a 3.5-3.7L motor are different. Piping is different. Some people think it will sound amazing and be cheaper... ITS NOT. If you want a different sound out of a G then get a exhaust from another car and retro fit it. I am striking up talks with Armytrix for a Exhaust... Cause I want a full titanium exhaust that will work with my car... BUT you go that route you spend money. Most ant spend money.
