you should take up 2 spaces when u park or park on an angle so retarted bikers dont park imbetween you

 

Don't take 2 spots... People will then vandalize you on purpose. Take corner spots and get snug up against the curb. I never park between people anymore and thus I haven't had a ding on any of my last few cars since 1999.

Well, sometimes that is not possible in densely populated cities. I always try to park as far away or in a corner when possible. Even so, there are morons who go all the way and park next to you although they have a fully empty line. GRRRRRR!!!

 

I work in a place that has two groups of people... the people that do work and the idiots. im sure an idiot dinged my 2005 3 weeks after i got it. some fugin huge car door from an el'camino (sp).

so you ask... what would you do. my work area has security , however given the situation (a little ding by an idiot) nothing would come of it. FUDGIN BULL. call the police they'd laugh its just a little ding. well this idiot next to me caused it , see where his door is and the color on my paint ? sigh

well if i know for a fact it was the car next to me (based on my past history and observance) I would exact $$ out of the other car. given the secured area and location it would be quite difficult. something along the lines of carrying something long out of my car and OOPS accidentlly banging it into their car... or having it rub against while i walk past (not excessive to attract attention but enough to exact payback). while this wont get your car fixed or will make the other guy away of his idiot misdoing...it will at least give you gratification $$ was returned to the sender !

sorry to hear that. man. i just realized i had a new door ding too...and what do you know? im also in orlando. but my ding is just a minor dent, compared to your big misfortune. i hate orlando drivers!

 

If you drive a nice car, dings,scratches, and everything else will happend to it even if you parked away from everyone else. Some of those a$$hole has no respect for other's property.

 

Damn, I also am from Orlando and go to the alehouse frequently...I will be sure to park far away from everyone from now on...I know of a good body shop if you can't get the dent wizard to fix it to your liking.
