Angry Got door dinged!! PICS

Well I have had and loved my G35 for 3 weeks now and I guess somebody decided that they drive a piece of crap and could care less if they screw up someone elses new car.

I parked at the Ale house here in orlando and when i came out i saw a door ding along with a scratch......I gotta learn to stop parking here. when I got my '00 celica within one month someone smashed into the front of it when i was parked. My '01 Acura Cl-s got hit in the door and left a big dent only 2 weeks after i got it, and this was all at that same ale house, now this.

That's f'd up. It looks more like someone vandalized it because the scratch looks like a backwards J........

That really sucks! That mark is weird. It looks like a ding because of the blue paint and scrapes, but the rest of the "J" looks like a keying job.
Were you parked in a 90 degree spot? I still rarely park in those spots unless it's at the end of a row.

It could definitely be a door ding. If someone opened their car door, their door hit your car, and they got in their car while the door was still opened and touching your car; the movement of their car while they were getting in could definitely cause those scratches. That sux, dude.

Yes it was a 90 degree spot but when i pulled in I made sure i was perfectly centered and the 2 cars where far enough away. This happened a couple of days ago, now everywhere I go I make sure I go out of my way to park far where no cars are.

So you guys think that someone purposely dinged my car then got out and keyed it?

looks awfully deep and harsh...I mean if it is a door ding, the person obviously didn't give a **** what happened to either of the two cars. Almost would have to push on the door for it to make such an impression.

Paintless dent removal - lots of franchises out there - called Dent Wizard in these parts will make the dent go away like it was never there. Rubbing compound should lessen the scratch - but it looks like it through to the metal, so that wont make it completely go away. Judicious use of touch up paint afterwards can prolly make it look much better - still totally blows, so bout that...

I am going to call dent wizard, I'm sure it'll cost about $100 or so, then take it to my roomates dealership and have it buffed out....hopefully it will come out.

I can tell you exactly what it was.. some tub o' lard in a 72 LTD parked next to you.. they threw the door all the way open.. then when they got out, the car rose back up, making the J. I've seen it Luckily not with my G tho.
