I recently bought a 2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe. The only thing that annoys me is the center console/ armrest is broke. Can anyone help me find the piece that attaches to the armrest? It looks like the part that lifts up is fine. But where the cup holders are, it looks like a piece is missing. Can anyone take a picture of theres so I can find the piece? Or a link to purchase the piece? Thanks

You are missing the metal clips that go in there. I don't believe these are things you can purchase, as i looked up the console and did not see the part #.

However, you can either find some used thru a parts store that is willing to remove them, or you can create your own, buy using some thin metal and insert it into the square housings.

 

I'm having a very similar problem, mine came out. I put them back in and bent it so it would stay in there and the arm rest doesn't stick to it. So now it clicks nonstop as my arm rests on it and i go over bumps or any uneven roads and its annoying as hell. Velcro would be a temporary solution just to keep the damn thing down but of course it would look and sound cheap. But this constant clicking while im driving sound equally cheap. Maybe i can glue a metal strip across where it came out but there would be no guarantee it would stick.
