Hi all,
Had my car sitting for a couple weeks, went to go start it up and it wont start. The battery is good and the radio goes on. Just went i turn ingnition nothing happens. No clicks, nothing. Any ideas? Im thinking its the relay, just looking for some thoughts before i start ripping stuff out.

 

How old is the battery? How did you determine the battery was good? The battery could indicate 12V but be too weak to start the car, the starter puts a pretty big load on the battery. Did you try to jump start the car? I would also inspect the battery terminals and clean them. Only after doing these things would I think about other system problems such as relays or switches etc..... Did the car have any starting problems prior to parking it?

 

when the cars off the batt should read above 12v. anything below is suspect
