Ive been lurking in the shadows for a month or so reading the forum.
I must say a nice group of people are owners the G35.
anyway... im picking up my new 05 6MT tomorrow
My previous car was a Celica GTS which had pretty good power and tremendous brakes, I think its going to be quite a change going to rwd and the steady power apposed to the quick/bursty power and being able to stop on a dime like the Celica but im excited to get the new car!

 

Ive had the car for a couple of days now, this thing is awesome!

Here is a picture of me with both cars. I originally wanted to get a black G35 but after hearing about the paint chips and having a black car for 5 years previous I deceided on the gray. I kinda wish I got black again

if this is your everyday car, don't go black. I saw a black G35C with swirl marks, I thought it was wax. The more you wash, the more swirl marks. Silver is like white, you can't see much, or any swirl marks.

Any chance you can post some interior pics. My 05 6MT will be here next week, but I'd like to see what the differences are, especially around the centre console. (all the other stuff is readily avail at the infiniti website, but all their pics are 5ATs)

hwy star....I am driving a Celica GT right now with all the aftermarket fixins imaginable. Right now, i'm deciding on weather to keep the celica AND get a G, or part with the Celica...I just have so much invested in the Celica, plus it's paid for. Was at the dealer today, and i'm trying to decide if I want to lease or buy. But either way, the G is awesome.

 

You shoulda got black... just imagine how awesome it would've looked next to that toy...

I love my Black 2005 6MT W/Graphite... can't wait for the tint and clearbra this weekend!

Psquared, I understand exactly what you are going thru, I had alot of money in my gts and didnt want to part with her but I did. The G is so nice..... I just have to remember its 1000 lbs heavier and wont stop as quick.
