03 mt/ 120k .... Maintenance ?

Just got my first g35 and i love it. Nice step up from my 02 maxima m/t that i loved.

What maintenance should be done and what is known to go bad? Clutch grabs and i was told it was changed at 80k.... Driver side window seems to get stuck open and i need to play with the button and same thing with the driver seat. The kid i got it from i think bought it at an auction and drove it a few weeks n thats it. Paid 5 k

The rear rotors seem to need cutting and the rear pads squeek. Should i go oem pads for 200 or hawk pads?? Its the brembo brakes
Is the spacers worth it? Is an i take worth it on a stock exhaust?

What would cause that? My 3.5 on the max burned oil and was fixed by changing the valve cover and spark Plug ring
