I'd be curious to know what projectors Depo is using in these lights. My guess is they are not Kioto or Hella but I could be wrong. That's why there's a price difference, the Depo lights likely use inferior projectors. I always thought the OE projectors were pretty good, relative to what else was out there with those model years. ihave reflectors in my 04 sedan and they are not very good but still light years ahead of it's halogen counterpart.
