Replacing thermostat ,gasket silicone?

When replacing the thermostat with a duralast, should silcone be used on the gasket?

I believe autozone sells the proper gasket lube. I thought mine came with it..mine is also duralast. I may have bought it separately. But yeah, there should be a seal lube.
