Help!

So I'm 12 hours away from home after driving in the pouring rain for most of it my check engine light came on and now when I really get in the throttle it's making a really obnoxious cracking noise almost like a leak. I haven't hade the code scanned yet but I dont think it would be anything to do with the O2 sensors because I have test pipes and an Injen exhaust and I have the Osiris tunes so it would cancel all that stuff out. Anybody have any ideas or similar issues?

Turn it off, let it sit for a few minutes then restart. That should take it out of "Limp Mode" which is what you're experiencing. If issue continues find an auto parts store to read the error code you're having and clear it...that should get you home!

It's definitely not a limp mode, I'm not lacking any power I **** it off for almost an hour and came back and it was still doing it. I'm gonna try and find a place to clear the codes tomorrow though
