o2 issues

hey guys..im camil from lebanon and i wanna ask a question abt my 2004 g35 coupe..first i discovered that my car didnt have an autoblock differentiel..so ive putted a new one and i told my mechanic to make it more powerful likete 100 percent.th.then i discovered another problem that my couldn't drift easily because its not powerful at the beginning of the acceleration..the mechanic told me that its an o2 sensors ( 2 on the right test pipe) so i dunno whats the problem if anyone had the same issue i need some help to get a powerful acceleration to drift better

tires and torque are the issue. not the o2 in my opinion. under 2700 rpm there is not alot of torque to break the tires loose. if you really want a drift rig, you will need to get in less grippy tires and or go forced induction.

Sounds like 1-wheel peel.

So the mechanic installed a limited slip differential? Yes?

You could change the final drive to a 3.5 or 3.7 to increase torque and make it a little easier to spin the tires.

If the mechanic says you need O2 sensors, does that mean the check engine light is on? You could tyr correcting the issue first to regain any lost power.

Also, (someone chime in here if they have better info than I) but from my expeirence, test pipes shift the torque curve higher in the RPM range, so if you are looking for low end torque, you might have lost some. However, i have not seen any dyno sheets to confirm this on a G35, but it has been my experience with some of the V8's i tinker with.
