Question Supercharge setup and emissions test

Info on my build,

I plan on buying a used g35 for around $7k and getting a vq35 long block ( http://www.importpartspro.com/st1vqloblni3.html ) and a stage 2 GTM supercharger ( http://www.gtmotorsports.com/product...cat=321&page=3 ) this month. In total I'm only looking to pay around $20-25k for the finished product. ( Wanting to make around 500-600hp.)

Questions I have,

Will the above setup pass emission testing? If not, what's another alternative build that would be street legal? And is it the SC or the engine that would make it fail the test?

Thanks in advance,
The car novice

Not living in Texas or knowing what your emission standards are I suggest you go with the Vortech super charger which meets CARB standards even in CA.! They've been making systems for our G35s for 10 years, how could you go wrong? You couldn't!

you can always ask GTM if the kit is legal for your state. Just a phone call away. Only one kit is 50 state CARB legal and that is stillen.
