Problem with closing window

Hey guys, sorry in advance for this question, but I wasn't sure what to google for this one. I've just replaced my passenger side window motor, and performed the reset procedure. While sitting in the car, all the window functions work fine: up, down, auto-up, auto-down. The slight lowering/raising when opening and closing the door works fine too. My problem is when I use my key to lock the car and hold it in the locked position, the windows are supposed to roll all the way up. However, my passenger window, with the motor that I just replaced and reset, rolls back down about 1/3 of the way. Is this an issue where I need to perform the window reset procedure again? I'm not sure because all the other functions work fine. Any suggestions?

I don't think so, before I replaced the motor it would go all the way up and stay there. It's acting like it's hitting something at the top and backing down, but I don't know why because I've already reset it and everyone else works.
