Lightbulb Goodbye G35 :( time for BMW

Hey guys, I have been a member on this forum for almost 2 years now, you guys have been super helpful with all my problems and gave me many ideas. I finally sold my 04 G35 Coupe 6MT, It burned a ton of oil and I wanted something else. I loved everything about the G, except the oil burning......my car would do 1 liter every 100-150 kilometers.... . I finally decided on buying a BMW 335i Coupe 6MT, looked at a few cars and then finally found the one I wanted (red interior and 6mt). I have already done a few mods to the car in the 2 weeks of ownership lol. I will probably end up buying an infiniti again for my next car, or some other Japanese car, because that's where my heart is. But for now I am gonna enjoy the BMW, at least until I am done school because i am still 19 lol. The big difference is the power, the 335i's N54 Engine (3.0l Inline 6 Twin Turbo) is a lot more powerful than the vq35de and the tuning possibilities are huge because of the turbos and forged internals, with just a stage 1 tune I can get near 400hp and over 400tq. Will still be a regular visitor, still see a VQ in the future

no warranty lol, but I found the cleanest one I could with no turbo issues, also it has the sports package so it has an oil cooler. That is the only thing I am scared of, also why I plan on going back to Japanese next year probably (g37 ,370z, BRZ).

Where im from everyone drives a beamer, they are nice cars and everyone seems to like them. My next car is going to be something with an Rb25 in it, maybe like a 240sx swap. Im gonna keep my G and rip the interior out, roll cage it, and turn it into a boost queen though

Nice new ride..!! What are some of the few mods you've done...? I've also been considering a couple BMWs for my DD, but my heart will probably stay with Nissan.. Most definitely keep us updated on that ride...

Mods so far are:

BMS Dual Cone Intake
Exhaust Valve Delete
BOV Diy
M tech front lip
M3 side skirts
BMW performance carbon spoiler
And planning on doing a stage 1 flash tune (it's the coolest thing, if you have an android phone you just download the app and buy the license in the app, and then just flash from your phone!)

So Wats the common issues with the 335? I kno water pump and turbos. At 50k or so my bro had head gasket leak. So he got rid of it.

Mainly those issues, the actual engine is solid, but the turbos, gaskets, wastegates, vanos solenoid and most common is the HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) these go bad on alot of the n54's but BMW replaces them, and they have a newer model, the rest are just small electrical stuff. Hopefully I don't run into any of these issues in the future, luckily I got a car with the oil cooler, without that they had many turbo issues.

Yeah of course they do...that's not the issue
"Replaces them for a hefty price" would probably be correct terminology here.

Regardless, good looking car though

Wow, 1 liter/100-150km is basically catastrophic piston ring failure and wouldn't that show blue smoke out the tailpipe? . How many km's on the engine and how did you manage to sell it?
