I searched a bit and did not find much about how people have fixed the upper glove box when the perforated vinyl starts to come off. Any help?
Also, in the back seats the perforated vinyl (leather?) above the armrests keeps coming loose. I have tucked it in a few times but it does not stay. It looks really sticky in there, not sure what type of adhesive might work.

The upper glove box thing you gotta use some strong stuff. I used a lot of super glue. You gotta take apart the whole dash, but its worth it.
The rear perforated vinyl you can use this stuff called super 77. It's auto interior adhesive in an aerosol. They sell it at any auto parts place.

Yeah, don't let it discourage you tho! It's a bit time consuming, but still VERY easy. Once it's done too, you'll be SO glad you did it. There's a great DIY on NICO.com that highlights every screw you have to remove. Do it!

I fixed my WITHOUT tearing about the dash...and it turned out great.
I first pulled the trim/material piece up even further (about 1-2"?) to allow me to get some good adhesive behind the trim...the entire length (left to right) of the upper glove box.
I then pushed the trim down onto the adhesive...and then the trick.... I took a wooden ruler (one that has a slight bevel on it) and slid it in the gap where the glove box door meets the upper dash. The ruler essentially stayed in place without holding it (since it was wedged between the two surfaces).
Left it like that overnight, etc.... and then removed the ruler....looks good as new

I did the same thing with a metal ruler, but I also used clamps on top of that just to make sure. Let it sit for a day and it's as good as new. Taking apart that entire section is too much work for something that took less than 30 minutes for me to do.Originally Posted by jwb2005G35x

I used some adhesive that another member recommended.... "Amazing GOOP" Automotive Contact Adhesive. It is in the "RED" package (I think there are other types of Amazing GOOP that are packaged in different colors...but the one I used has "GOOP" written in RED and the tube itself is gray in color.
