2004 G35 coupe

So I got this car a few months ago and I'm having trouble with it and need some help. I've taken it to a ship and they said it was the camshaft sensors which they supposibly fixed but the CEL is on and took it to auto zone which they say is the crankshaft sensors but we fixed that too but the lights still on. The car makes a loud noise not sure if it's the muffler or exhaust but it sounds like metal hitting the floor I would like to really know what the problem could be. It is now not letting me play music/ doesn't even play the radio. Some helpful advice on how to fix it would be very appreciated.

Need more info about the metal scraping sound. Did you look under your car to see if something is hanging down and rubbing against the ground? It could be a heat shield from the Catalytic converters that's hanging down and scraping, or possibly your brake pads are worn out and making a grinding noise as you stop.

When does the grinding occur? All the time? Under braking? Under acceleration? While cornering... driving straight? Does it only do it when the car is cold or when it's warmed up?

What's the specific code or codes that your car is putting out when the techs are reading it with an OBD-II reader?

I'd guess the heat shield as well without being able to look. More info is needed as mentioned.
Give us the codes, please and thanks.

Yes I've looked and don't see anything which is weird. The noise happens whenever I seem to be driving. It could be the brakes cause I need to get new ones, but even before when the car was good it still made that noise. I took it to this one guy and he said he fixed it that it had to do something with either the muffler or the exhaust? But I don't really know much about this car. The grinding noise seems to be when the car's warmed up. It happens under acceleration and when im driving about 40 mph. The thing is it doesn't make the noise when I'm braking, sometimes it happens as I'm at a stop sign or light. Or when I'm at a drive thru it seems to always happen. When I am parked I usually see if it happens when I brake, but it only seems to happen when I suddenly am stopped and even have my foot off the brakes. I have the code in my car right now so I'll go and grab it.

If they replaced both of your camshaft sensors already, try replacing your sparkplugs.

There was a thread on here a long time ago where someone was going nuts for a while trying to figure out the solution to his/her P0021 after having already replaced the cam sensors and doing a bunch of other diagnostic stuff. In their case the problem turned out to be low quality or incorrectly gapped spark plugs.
