Type of oil?

Hello everyone, i am the proud owner of a 03.5 laser red G. I was comin up on an oil change and was just wondering what you guys did about that. Meaning do you bring it in and have it serviced or do your own changes, and if so what type of oil and wieght do you use? Synthetic or long life etc etc? Thanks
