Does any one know if the clutch on 2007 coupe fits 2004?

Don't know for sure, but I believe Nissan/Infiniti change the model on their 6MT transmissions in 05, this was due to Nissan/Infiniti adding better syncros on the trannies.

Why do you ask that question here?

Why not just call an Infiniti dealer parts department and ask them?
