DC Headers

Hello everyone I'm fairly new to the forums haven't posted just doing research but have a question about my headers. I have ART Test Pipes that I'm taking out due to it being illegal and don't want to keep the risk of getting caught but wondering if my DC headers are legal in cali? I'm almost positive they are but have heard before they might not be and can't find a clear answer so thought I'd ask..anybody know 100%? Thank you

Also would like to throw this out there I've got a ZEX nos system in my car the guy I bought it from hid it from me and I found out recently lol. So I wanted to know if I got it taken out if it's worth paying to remove and if it could be some what of a profit? No nos tank or switches only the wiring system with clamps I have an 04 g35 coupe if that helps not experienced with nos systems so no clue what's in there. Thanks again everyone!

i cant speak on your headers (although i feel they would be legal) but your art pipes will sell in days if theyre in good shape
theres different versions, v1-v3, that they were made in. v3 being the newest and had some issues resolved.

So there WAS a nos system in the car...but he took the good parts?
As far as the headers, I don't think they'd be illegal.
Also, punctuation goes a long way.

They're in pretty good shape only thing is the thread is scraped a bit but doesn't affect the pipes. Not sure what version they are, they were bought about a year ago from orange coast infiniti have the receipt but no info on it. Thank you though I definitely will be keeping the headers in but test pipes will be out on sunday

Yup haha don't think I can pin him for false advertising not providing this information or not. Definitely wasn't mentioned and even asked about the 3 drill holes and said it had to do with the installation of the double din and those were "old *****". Wondering if it would be of some profit to take the rest of they system out and sell. Sorry about that haha I'll work on it!
