I see you have a Rev-Up G35 based on your tach.... check the oil level, it may be almost empty which could have caused the failure. Oil consumption is a common problem on those motors.

 

Can i replace the motor with a automatic or is ther too much of a different

 

You can use an engine that had an automatic trans in your manual shift, just use your flywheel on the engine and bolt her up. Gee I made it sound so simple are you done yet. I would guess from this question you have never swapped an engine before. This is not something you want to start learning auto mechanics 101 on, you will need a good friend who knows what they are doing or pay someone to do it and that someone needs to be a skilled mechanic that does this very thing for a living not someone that changes his own oil. Yeah buddy I can do that fur a couple hundred bucks, run away , run away fast!

 

It might be possible, but you'd have to remove torque converter and put the flywheel on. The MT also has some more sensors than the automatic (exhaust VTC solenoids come to mind). Not something for a novice to do.
