You just made me change my mind from DG to this color! I'm going into the dealer March 15th to order my 05 6MT. I can't wait myself. I lost my License 7 years ago and have been driving through the back streets to work ever since (& only to work) Driving in constant fear sucked ***!! My lady has been the pilot for the past 7 years, and not being able to drive anywhere has sucked real real bad!! Court in 7 days .. wish me luck This is my welcome back / Happy Birthday gift to myself. A loaded 05 6MT will be a nice way back into the drivers seat. When I get the car... I'm taking 2 weeks from work and hitting the open road ..... Going all over the states CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Car looks very nice!!! I also like your three separate garage doors - you're styling.

About the color

Mine's caribbean blue and the colors look similar. What's the dif between caribbean and athens? It almost looks like it has some gray tint in it. LOve it! Infiniti dropped caribbean blue din't they? Anyone know why? Not popular enough?

It's so darn beautiful I'm the most jealous person in the world! I wish I could just fast forward time and have mine already

Cardomain doesn't really host hi-res images, but try imageshack.us or photobucket.com and then post the pics on here with [IMG] tags. You can use imagestation.com too, but to view your gallery everyone has to have an account.

i thought for quite some time about getting NAV but decided against... my travel route is pretty set on a daily basis and the "vehicle info" features (which i had standard on my prior audi a4) don't seem worth the extra 2000 bucks... for road trips we'll either take the wife's car (if the kids are coming) or mine, so something that works in both cars is better--(ie, one of the portable NAV systems that sell for $600-1000)

perhaps those with the NAV would be better suited to give advice... to each their own

I guess CB was just too wild for most buyers. I do like the new Athens Blue. It looks better in the original poster's pics than it did when I saw it in person. It is more of what one thinks as a "normal" blue than CB. I love my CB- I've gotten more compliments in 3 months with CB than I've gotten for the black I've had on 3 different cars in 12 years. Anyway, Athens Blue is the best color for a new '05 if you're getting an '05. I've read that blue is coming back again in popularity and silver is finally starting to decline a little bit in sales (for all vehicles overall).

You can register an account for free with imagestation and upload some pretty big size photos on there, but I'm not sure hotlinking will work. You can post a link to your album and those of us imagestation members will be able to view your pics, but the rest will have to register if they want to see them. You can use photobucket.com, it's pretty user friendly and allows hotlinking (aka [IMG] tags), but the only drawback is the 250kb file size limit (still better than 100kb you get here). If anyone knows of any other free hosting site, post away!
