What Mods should I get with my Graduation Money?
Save the money and invest it
Don't waste it on a depreciating automobile

Your car is nice, that said, does it have Brembo brakes? These cars go plenty good but stop soooooo much better with the Brembo's and if you shop around you should be able to pull this mod off for that amount of money. That would be the best money I would say you could spend on her.
I vote for stereo upgrade
Don't let that grad $$ burn a hole in your pocket! If anything do what maintenance it might need to keep your coupe running good for a long time. Mods are over rated and will devalue your car in the future...fact!

Roll stock & perform maintenance until you have a real job & can afford mods done right.
Otherwise it'll be a dogged out pos in a couple years that will hurt the resale value for the rest of us. Seen it too much with school aged kids.

go vegas buy a cheap hotel spend 500 on a nihgt out and then gamble the other 500 and turn it into 10k and get full airlift + accuair elevel/ilevel system- 5k from bagriders and then travel asia/south america with the rest
Your car is great as it is.
Like others said, save the money for now. You could upgrade the head unit for $300-500 but don't pay any more.
If you're going to spend it on your car, put it towards maintenance. It will make your car last longer and drive better in the long run, which will pay back in smiles per mile. As tempting as it is to buy exhaust/rims/etc, those oem parts are already very good on this car.
And Congrats.

Your car is fine. You're the one going to art school. Save the money you'll need it.
