i have a 06 g35 headlight i wanted to clean the inside because it was too foggy and i tried to clean it with everything i had in my house and it still looks foggy how can i put it crystal clear? here are some pics.
You can't clean the inside of the lens like you do the outside. It has a coating/film on it and cleaning attempts make it look worse than it did. Time for new lenses (almost impossible to find), new lights or dealing with what you have.
Assuming you haven't already screwed it up by trying to clean the inside, it may be salvageable. If the "foggy" look is due to repeated heat/UV exposure, they can sometimes be sanded back to close to their original clarity.
If sanding doesn't work, or if your cleaning the interior already fubar'd it, you'll have to buy new lights. I recommend OEM as output from most eBay lights are trash by comparison.
If it's just condensation from a wet day, throw one of those bead packets from a new shoe box in your headlamp to absorb the moisture. If it's wear on the inside, prepare to spend $300 on lenses or accept you have non-perfect lenses.

Holy crap those lights are complete ****. Haha
You should be able to swap lenses tho.
Adversely, you might try (I've done this) removing all the electronics, put some soap and water in there, rinse them out really well and then use some spot free dishwasher stuff (like jet dry or cascade) and distilled water a few times to rinse them out thoroughly. Then to be extra sure that there won't be water spotting inside, blow them out with compressed air until completely dry. You'll need an air compressor (obviously) to do this.
