Heated seats not getting power

Bought a standard 2004 g35 coupe a few weeks back. One issue I've had is the heated seat buttons are not lighting up at all when pushed and neither seat is getting any heat to it. I've read multiple threads on this site and others but to no definitive ideas on what to do.
All helps appreciated. Thanks. Fuse in engine bay for heated seats is fine too.

Any

Have you physically checked the fuse to make sure it's good, not just looked at it ? They can look totally fine and be bad. Next step would be to pull the switches, get a multi-meter and check at the switch if it's getting power. If not and the fuse is good I'm not sure where to direct you. Electrical is not my strong suit so maybe someone else can help out here.
