Guys I need your help...

Anyone who has done a Ztube install I'm looking for some advice...I was attempting the install today and 3 of the 4 bolts that hold on the engine cover broke in half...WTF!! I can't understand what happened, I didn't even force them off they casually just broke in half...The engine cover still comes off but half the bolt is stuck in the plenum...What the hell should I do? I haven't even tried touching the last bolt...Can I drive around with this engine cover barely hanging on? How can I get the bolts out of the plenum? Theres no pulling them out they broke off flush with the plenum...Please help me I'm skizzin out...

You have to use right tools man.. That happened to me before.. I broke two of em but it is no big deal.. I asked to dealer and they said, they have to drill those bolts and put a new one in. if you hear the engine cover hitting hood, then you should do something but if it stays on , then i don't think you have to worry about that much.

Two of the bolts are supposed to stay on the plenum/engine. I forget if it's front or back. They have acorn nuts that screw off.

To repair the broken bolts go down to the hardware store and buy yourself the proper sized easy out(screw extractor).
Drill with a quality bit as per instructions, insert screw extractor and turn counter clockwise as per instructions.
It's pretty easy if you get the right tools and read the instructions.

Since it sounds like it's drivable, take it to a shop with experience doing broken bolt removal. You can try an easy-out type remover yourself, but I would not recommend it, those things are very brittle and if you break one off inside the bolt you have even bigger problems. Believe me I know
