This is how I was tought, 14 Years old in an '81 Ford F150. Rusted Floor Boards, had to pull the clutch back out every time, but I learned. IN the Herbergers parking lot in Bemidji MN. That was also when I found out about RWD and ice.

Downshift rev matching on 05?

Can someone with an 05 AT comment on their experience with the new downshift rev matching feature?

It sounds pretty cool for the AT

I took delivery of my '05 auto with the performance package in late November (btw drove it to South Beach and had the time of my life) but I am handing it back in due to the VLSD issue. I will pick up my new G with the M6 Sport Package next week. No complaints with the auto but this car requires a manual tranny to do it justice. A test drive convinced me plus I wanted the VLSD. Looking forward to performance driving school to fully extract it's potential. I just love this car!

I prefer the 6MT because no one else can drive it (except for my girlfriend and my one buddy)...I always like to be different from the general public, but that's me of course.
